Racket Slazenger Pro Ace

The Slazenger company was founded in 1881 by a pair of brothers Ralph and Albert Slazenger. In 1881, Ralph Slazenger left his native Manchester and opened a store on Cannon Street in London, where rubber sporting goods were sold. Slazenger quickly became a leading manufacturer of sports equipment for golf and tennis. Four years after the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club held its first Slazenger Championship. After the war, one of the novelties was a collection of professional rackets “Pro Ace”
